Dr. Hope Marceaux
Post-Doctoral Fellow.
Dr. Hope Marceaux is completing her post-doctoral fellowship at TBPA. She earned her Psy.D. in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and completed her pre-doctoral fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine’s Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences on the Law Enforcement and First Responders Track. Her primary placement was within the Behavioral Health Services Clinic at the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, where she provided a range of therapeutic and consultation services to HCSO personnel.
Through her clinical and research experiences over the past several years, Dr. Marceaux has developed a strong commitment to supporting the mental health and well-being of first responders. While her training is rooted in forensic psychology, her work with first responder populations during her doctoral training in South Florida helped shape her career toward directly serving those who dedicate their lives to public safety.
Her clinical interests center on helping first responders navigate occupational stressors and trauma-related experiences inherent to this profession. As such, she takes a holistic, individualized approach to care and integrates a range of treatment modalities to meet each client’s unique needs.
